Kokomini
According to Norman Tindale, the Kokomini (a.k.a. Koko-minni, Gugumini, Mirkin) occupied some six thousand square kilometres of territory along the middle Palmer and Mitchell rivers, extending westwards to the area where the rivers meet and as far east as Mount Mulgrave and Palmerville. Edward Palmer reported their main camp to be at the head of Annie Creek and King River.
Some indications suggest the term may refer to a loose confederation of tribal groups, referred to by an ethnonym (Gugumini) meaning good or intelligible speech.
