Wangan
The AIATSIS Map of Indigenous Australia places the Wangan (alternatively, Babbinburra — a horde between Mistake Creek and Clermont) around Clermont, with the Yambina to their north, the Barna and Gabalbara to their east, the Gatiri to the south and thre Yagalingu to their west.
Norman Tindale, Aboriginal Tribes of Australia assigns them 7,800 square kilometres around Capella and Peak Downs, extending north towards Blair Athol, with their eastern boundary at the Peak Ranges and the western at Drummond Range.
