Ursula McConnel
Queensland anthropologist and ethnographer Ursula Hope McConnel (1888–1957) is best known for her work with, and the records she made of, Cape York Peninsula's Wik Mungkan people. Along with Donald Thomson, her work laid the foundations of present-day anthropological research on western Cape York Peninsula.
