Styx River
One of two Queensland rivers bearing the same name—the other rises in the Einasleigh Uplands—Central Queensland's Styx River rises in the Broadsound Range and flows east for around thirty kilometres before discharging into Broad Sound south of St Lawrence and to the north of Ogmore.
