Wonga Beach
Located around 13 kilometres southeast of Daintree Village, 14 kilometres north-northeast of Mossman, 17 kilometres north of Port Douglas and about 75 kilometres north-northwest of Cairns, Wonga Beach is a quiet resort town overlooked by the Daintree National Park with a declining number of beach shacks, numerous new houses, a hotel resort, and a holiday park, a primary school, a convenience store and a shire caravan park.
