Koah
Located just over 11 kilometres southwest of Kuranda, 19 kilometres northeast of Mareeba and 21 kilometres west of Cairns on the Kennedy Highway in Djabugay Country, the rural locality of Koah is a mixture of rural residential housing, agricultural activity along the Clohesy River, grazing on native vegetation away from the stream and protected areas — the Bilwon State Forest, Dinden State Forest, Dinden West Forest Reserve, Bare Hill Conservation Park and the Dinden National Park
