Emerald Creek
From headwaters in the Lamb Range, Emerald Creek flows west and then north, crossing the Kennedy Highway around five kilometres east of Mareeba before joining the Barron River just south of Biboohra. The picturesque Emerald Creek Falls upstream from Mareeba towards the creek's headwaters are a popular scenic and swimming attraction.
